The page http://bet.iba.org.il shows an empty bar at the top of the page where all the content should be. As far as I can tell from looking at the source, this is a javascript evangelism issue, and they seem to be aware of it at some level, since the site opens a popup windows saying "This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer". There is an open evangelism bug for another site in the same domain, bug 113479.
