Whilst https://login.taskcluster.net/ currently also supports logins using Okta, I'm presuming we'll want to replace the Persona login method with another one that can be used by non-employees that don't have an LDAP account? Presumably Firefox Accounts would be a good option for this? See suggestions on: https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/Identity/Persona+migration+guide+for+internal+sites
Persona is just authentication for mozillians groups, so when mozillians selects a new authentication mechanism, we'll switch to that. In the absence of information on what mozillians will be using, and since Persona still works, there's nothing to do (yet).
