1. get tree
2. Run: hg import bz://1192053
3. Either hit enter, or type '1,2' and hit enter

ER:
both patches get imported

AR:
only the last (second)w patch gets imported.
Darn, I neglected to search for this bug. With a little thought, I would've known it would exist already.
