Service will experience a 2x switch hits from 50mls in order the service to go on a spare path while the other is under maintenance

Interoute is our primary provider for the PAR1 office.
If/when the service goes down for maintenance, the office firewall should failover to our back up provider there, Level3.  There will be a brief (30 second or so) outage when that happens.

This is happening Saturday, July 30th @ 3pm - 9pm PST time.  WP created and cc'ing moc folks during that shift.
