User Story

As an owner I would like to manage created rooms through the Hello panel.

Use existing panel height dynamics 

Top scrollable pane:

A two section titled list inside the single scrollable top pane:
Active Room Section:
Room row: Room title and guest presence in room status

Empty Room Section: 
Room row: Room title, room context menu button(...) and add content(URL) button(+).

Bottom fixed panes:
Create new room button
User name and panel menu button
