When deleting an IndexedDB from within the Storage Inspector is blocked due to an open connection to it, the user gets a notification message telling about this circumstance.

When the database is removed later on, it is removed from the tree view though the message is still displayed.

To avoid confusion about the current state the notification should also be closed in that case.
