1) Contribute box (or, as I like to think of it, the I-Want-to-Participate box):

"Mozilla may use the information you provide here to let you know about developments with Project SensorWeb that may interest you, including ways you may participate.   By sending an idea or proposal, you give Mozilla or the public the right to use your submissions freely without any compensation or credit to you."

2) I Have an Idea box:

"By sending an idea or proposal, you give Mozilla or the public the right to use your submissions freely without any compensation or credit to you.  Mozilla may use the email address you provide here to let you know about developments with Project SensorWeb that may interest you."

I would ask the team to place the language above next to the "Send" button of the applicable box.
