Eslint is now installed locally at:
/some/project/path/testing/eslint/node_modules/.bin/eslint

The setup for emacs at https://wiki.mozilla.org/DevTools/CodingStandards#Running_ESLint_in_Emacs needs updating with working instructions.
Maybe ttromey could help with this?

It shouldn't be hard to set flycheck-javascript-eslint-executable locally
based on the vc-root-dir or maybe locate-dominating-file.
I'll leave the NI open until I write it up.
