Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0
Build ID: 20160502172042

Steps to reproduce:

I entered my ISP's url (http://portal.acttv.in), and it does not load. I am using Atria Convergence Technologies Broadband connection, which is Fibrenet connection and has download speed of 30Mbps. The same url works like charm in chrome. I saw a similar bug filed but it was in earlier version of firefox. My firefox version is 46.01 and my OS is windows 7.

Actual results:

I entered my ISP's url (http://portal.acttv.in), and it does not load.

Expected results:

ISP's home page should load, but it does not. But it works seamlessly on chrome...
The page works for me.

Could you test:

1) in safe mode:

2) with a fresh profile:

Hi Loic,

When I raised the bug, it did not work for me, it did not load the page for a long time.
Then I had to open this page using chrome, later when I entered the same url on firefox, it started working. So not sure what was the problem, and now it works using both safe and normal mode.... Thanks Loic....
