STR:
 1. Visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ . In my case, I'm visiting on a Win10 laptop, with 2880x1620 resolution.

 2. Look for plugin check results.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
 - There's a large "Firefox + You Newsletter" at the top of the page. This occupies nearly 50% of the vertical space in my viewport. (!!)
 - Below that, I see "Plugin Status" header.
 - ...and then it's the bottom of my screen. The actual plugin check results are offscreen. I have to scroll to see them.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Plugin check results should be prominently featured. People come to this page to see those results. We should not be burying them.
- Any advertising we want to do for our newsletter should *not* occupy so much of a prominent spot of this extremely important (from a security perspective) page.
Attached image screenshot
Here's a screenshot of the plugin check page. Notice: no plugin check results, and "Firefox + You" ad-banner taking up a huge chunk of the visible area.
(I'm using Firefox Nightly, though I see the same behavior in Firefox Release.)
