When testing the page state changes, ochameau said he saw the following:

Nothing special, open mozilla.org, toggle responsive mode, click on the first link, get that in the stdout:
WARNING: content window passed to PrivateBrowsingUtils.isWindowPrivate. Use isContentWindowPrivate instead (but only for frame scripts).
