Got me what it is, something on fx-team not liking the things in the merge or a busted merge, but https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=fx-team&fromchange=67eb2faeb2ab2d00f70cda1148baa46a190ccd88&group_state=expanded&filter-tier=1&filter-resultStatus=testfailed&filter-resultStatus=busted&filter-resultStatus=exception&filter-classifiedState=unclassified has fx-team closed.

It looks like it's the test immediately after test_group_mouseevents.html that's the first one to fail. I see this error in the logs:

but I'm not yet sure why that's being fired. Still digging.

To be more specific, bug 1197310 which landed on fx-team changed the semantics of the pushPrefEnv at [1] so that it doesn't work properly any more. I thought I had a fix but it didn't quite work. Still digging, but I did verify backing out bug 1197310 resolves the issue.
