Steps to reproduce:

1, Go to create new user
2, Fill the required fields
3, Go to DOB field 
4, Select any future dates eg: 12/12/2020 
5, Click on submit 
Refer the issue


Actual results:

If the user select current or future dates in DOB field it accepts 


Expected results:

User should select valid DOB for registration
