1273816 - Remove "Reading List" folder from Bookmarks in guest mode

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter Guest Mode
2. Go to the Bookmarks folder

Expected results:
- "Reading List" folder should not be present in guest mode. If you can't bookmark things, then items cannot be added to that folder.

Actual results:
- "Reading List - 0 items" folder is present

I don't think it's worth fixing this, this doesn't actively interfere with guest browsing.
