Please add analysis of the following probes to our main report: SHUTDOWN_OK (boolean) SLOW_SCRIPT_NOTIFY_DELAY (histogram)

https://github.com/vitillo/e10s_analyses/tree/master/beta47-week3 SLOW_SCRIPT_NOTIFY_DELAY had too few responses to provide useful distributions. SHUTDOWN_OK seems to be true more in e10s than !e10s.

Thanks. SLOW_SCRIPT_NOTIFY_DELAY was just uplifted so it should fill out over the next week or two.
