Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox and go to Twitter.com
2. Close Firefox from app switcher
3. Open Firefox
4. Tap to open the menu button while the Twitter page is loading

Actual results:
- The menu is partially displayed.

Expected;
- The menu should be correctly displayed.
