When openning a pinned site, the name is shown as 'gaia', and the site icon is empty

Cool. Let's file a follow up to clean up the obsolete stuff from the manifests and maybe even use the W3C format.
In future I wonder if these should be about:settings and about:newtab though, given they're not really web apps.
