127434 - Text zoom keyboard shortcuts (command + up/down arrow) not working in browser

The text zoom options work fine from the menu (View | Text Zoom |
Larger/Smaller). These menu options claim to have keyboard shortcuts Cmd+Up
arrow (larger) and Cmd+Down arrow (smaller). Using these shortcuts does not work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View any page with relative font sizes (this bugzilla page is fine)
2. Select View | Text Zoom | Larger from the menu
3. Note the font size increases to the next larger setting
4. Press Cmd+Down arrow


Actual Results:  Note that at step 4 the font size doesn't change, but can be
changed back via the menu

Expected Results:  At step 4 the font size should be changed to one setting
smaller (back to where you had it)

Noticed this a few minutes ago on build 20020215xx (xx unknown - but as linked
from mozillazine) so its not a new regression.
Although this is technically a minor because using the menus is a simple
workaround we shouldn't ship 1.0 with keyboard shortcuts published on menus that
don't actually do anything!

wfm with Build 2002041308 / Mac OS 9.2.2 and Command+/Command- instead of up/down.

But on PC/2K (Build 2002041203) (german Keyboard layout), decreasing font size
via Ctrl- (minus beside the numpad) works ok, but for increasing fontsize,
the numpad+ doesn't work for me, have to use '+' beside return-key.

(On the mac build, both +/- keys are working properly).

Well its seems to have been fixed somewhere along the line. On build ID
2002040208 it works fine on my iBook using either Cmd+normal +/- or using the
+/- on the embedded numeric keypad.

Marking as WFM because I don't remember seeing a checkin that claimed to fix it.
