Steps to reproduce:

Any download action that makes download dialog box to popup


Actual results:

After the download dialog box popped up, there is no way to re-enable IME unless:
a) reload the page (In non-e10s)
b) close tab and re-open tab (In e10s)


Expected results:

IME should not be blocked after download dialog box popped up.
(This bug affects clean profile and from release up to nightly, and is an old problem which affects previous releases, e10s enabled branch makes this bug worst.)

I could not reproduce the issue with the following specs: 
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0

Are you able to reproduce the issue in the newest version of Firefox Nightly?

Latest Nightly is still affected.
You could use https://web.telegram.org as a test site, download files will immediately disable ime.

New findings shows downloading from "blob:" will cause the problem.
Normal pages seems not to be affected.

Hoshino-san, I believe that this is fixed by bug 1266815.  Could you still reproduce this on the latest Nightly?
