The ongoing django upgrade [1] is already on dev/stage. Many issues appeared on dev but all of them are resolved. We also documented the procedure and reproduced it on stage without any issues. We are planning a push to prod on next Monday (23rd May) and we would like to have someone from webops around in case something goes wrong and reps.mozilla.org needs manual fixes. Can we schedule a timeslot for that? [1] bug 1173705 [2] https://public.etherpad-mozilla.org/p/reps-stage-1.8

Due to some issues on stage it looks like we need to postpone the prod release. Let's aim to push to prod on Wednesday (25 May) same time.

We finally tackled the issues and stage is working fine. We are aiming to push on Monday (30 May). Does the same time slot work for you?
