12746 - reload when offline

With netscape from 4 to the last version, when i open a page and close the
connection to read it, i click on the offline icone, but netscape try to reload
and replace the page by a blank page

When you say "last version", are you referring to 4.6 (or is it 4.61?)?  I
suspect you do.

Resolving as INVALID since this bug does not seem related to Mozilla, but seems
to be a 4.x bug.
