Tried to watch this video on CTV news. Video does not start playing on Firefox (Nightly, browsing in private mode). IT does play in Chrome (browsing in Incognito mode). STR: Open link in Firefox (while browsing in private mode). Watch video not play. I haven't tested browsing to this site in non-private mode, so I'm not sure if this a private-browsing-mode-only problem.
URL is included in the URL field above, but it's handy to have in comments as well: http://www.ctvnews.ca/video?playlistId=1.2910743
Do you have Flash installed in FireFox?
Flags: needinfo?(kvijayan)
Nope. But I don't think I have it installed in Chrome either. I'm trying to confirm that, but not sure how to. Looking into the "content settings" on chrome doesn't seem to give me a clear indication of whether flash is enabled on it or not.

(In reply to Kannan Vijayan [:djvj] from comment #3) > Nope. But I don't think I have it installed in Chrome either. I'm trying > to confirm that, but not sure how to. Looking into the "content settings" > on chrome doesn't seem to give me a clear indication of whether flash is > enabled on it or not. Chrome includes Flash. I think if you open that link in non-private browsing mode you'll see the notice that you need Flash in Firefox.
Component: Audio/Video → Audio/Video: Playback
Re-open if it turns out not to be a Flash issue.
