We are creating two variant designs for a new mozilla.org home page to test against the current home page (and each other). This bug tracks the work on Concept A (for lack of a better name).

We'll use an Optimizely redirect to send a percentage of traffic to the new page and use a combination of Google Analytics and a survey to measure success.

The Optimizely experiment [1] looks good. Verified:

- 10% of all en-* users will be sent to the variation
- Only en-* users will be included in the experiment
- Optimizely waffle switch is on new homepage prototype

I think we're good to start the experiment when ready.
