Steps to reproduce:

Actual results:

The animation works in the original file:
http://cs.sru.edu/~ddailey/svg/TwoBigLsCSS.svg
in FF, IE and Chrome.
But when used as the src of an <img> tag the animation works only in IE and CHrome. (Sorry I meant "Edge" not IE -- force of habit)
