Consider adding a build for m-c with no debug symbols

Details
Right now the builds we do for automation on m-c have debug symbols. This increases the size of libxul, and affects our metrics for tracking APK size. I think we should consider either doing a separate build for those metrics w/o debug symbols or just do that for all the opt builds.
It's difficult to track the APK size when these configuration changes are in play.

Should we do a full release build (release branding, flags etc) for this purpose?
