User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0
Build ID: 20160511223818

Steps to reproduce:

From the addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/language-tools/ page, I clicked on "Installer le dictionnaire" (install dictionnary) for the french dictionnary.

Actual results:

It link to a "can't find what you're looking for" page, so the dictionnary can't be downloaded.

Expected results:

I should have been linked to a page where I can download and install the dictionnary, just like any other dictionnary.
It's not a security bug, but "security" was the only choice in "addons.mozilla.org" and it's a bug on the addons.mozilla.org website... I'm sorry if I did that wrong...
New issues with AMO should be filed here: https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server/issues/new

FWIW, I couldn't replicate the problem. The link works fine for me.
