Steps to reproduce:

Sometimes by opened website with many svg graphics, CMS or webapps (app.moqups.com).
This lag repeated on all latest stable versions FF 4x.
I've noticed that, maybe from version 42.
I'm using FF all the time, with many tabs and windows.
Ctrl+F5 doesn't help and reopened closed tab too.

Tech.details.: Windows 10 Professional with latest updates, two displays, asus hd7770.
About weak ago I've reinstall Windows 10 and use graphic driver Windows WHQL for HD7770. Nothing is changed the same trouble.

Graphics elements lagging with different artifacts


Expected results:

On other browsers for example Chrome or Edge (IExplorer) open's fine.

We'd need proper steps to reproduce this issue. Which website, what do we do on that website. etc.

I've try to reproduce this by disabling addons

I'm testing up to this point.
Then I disabled the vast majority addons the problem is gone.
I've re-enabled them, problem disappear for now.


P.S. Then I reinstalled Windows I've copy folder with FF (with profile, cache, addons etc.) for saving my workspace, tabs and configs.

Today it's happened again.
All svg graphics was flawed.
I'm often use on Windows 10 - sleep mode instead of shutdown.
Oh, I'm try on reboot, without disabling addons... will see.
