STR:
1) Open the attachment
2 [review]) Click on the link to open a new window
3) The message will say "Fail", because the expected dimensions (500, 500) are not what the dimensions of the content area are.
This seems to only affect Windows, and has probably been a bug for a long time.
Summary: Opening windows from content on Windows might not get the size right → Windows opened from content don't get the requested content area size

Note that you should make sure that your zoom settings are set to the default in order for the test to work correctly.
