Details

It is currently not possible to build NSS with clang on Linux.

../../coreconf/rules.mk:412: recipe for target 'Linux4.5_x86_64_cc_glibc_PTH_64_DBG.OBJ/Linux_SINGLE_SHLIB/arcfour-amd64-gas.o' failed
It looks like building with clang actually works, but our CC_IS_CLANG detection and CC/GCC env variable handling is quite wonky.
