Details

When Fennec is backgrounded on Android, the surface is resized and is a square in shape for the card view in the app switcher. When Fennec is brought back to the foreground, and the surface resized back to screens aspect ratio, the surface resize is missed and the web content is rendered with a square aspect ratio onto the new rectangular surface. This manifests it self as black bars above and blow the rendered web content since the clip size no longer matches the surface size. This is unfortunately a very intermittent bug.
