1277196 - Decommission /firstrun/learnmore/ pages and /windows-10/welcome/ page

These pages will no longer be opened via Firefox as per Bug 1274633.

Once Bug 1274633 is fixed, and the current release version of Firefox no longer opens these pages when opened via a new profile, we can remove the code for said pages from bedrock.

We should try and find suitable URL's to redirect these pages to.

For /windows-10/welcome redirect to: 

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-change-your-default-browser-windows-10

For /firstrun/learnmore redirect to:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/features/ (?)

Hi Eric,

This bug cannot be completed / undertaken until Bug 1274633 is completed first. We need to wait until that change is in the main release channel for Firefox.

Correct. We need to wait until Firefox is not opening up these URLs and then 301 redirect the URLs to another page.

Timeline is to get it pulled of the product first via bug 1274633 and then we can handle this bug. For the Firefox side, it is asap.

Jen, we're removing these two pages once Firefox 50 launches as they will no longer be opened by the browser on launch of a new profile. We still need to redirect the URL's somewhere for older versions of Firefox. Any objections / other suggestions instead of the two URLs I proposed in the description above?

No objections.  Those are good suggestions.  We could do /firefox/desktop instead of /firefox/features for /firstrun/learnmore but both are good choices.  You can pick.  Thx.
