- more compact popover style, no longer inline, no color name
- adds contrast ratio info, with tooltip for more info

Thanks for the feedback Sebastian! I will make some changes to the mockup.

Re: Color presets, Chrome's AA contrast line, and background color picker - I think these are all things we want to do for a future version. This is just the MVP to introduce contrast info and RGB/HSL settings.
