+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1277312 +++ The problem of "Bug 1275660 developer_tools.xhtml: Dead web hyperlink for DOM Inspector tutorial" is reproducible with seamonkey-2.41.es-ES.langpack.xpi Fix needs to be ported to translation. @L10n-Experts: Will we need separate Bug Reports for each SeaMonkey Localization or is there some automatism?
There is no such thing as a 'es' localization of SeaMonkey, this locale is only used for marketing material. My suggestion would be to start sending an email to dev-l10n, and then try to track the shipping locales not updating https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-l10n

Fixed in es-ES central: http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/es-ES/rev/308b7c126518 IIUC, the change in en-US has landed only in Central, am I right?
