Firefox 48.0a2 20160101 on Windows 8.1

The localized version of 'no device selected' can be cropped despite more space being available in the HTML RDM view.

Example:
German translation "Kein Gerät ausgewählt" (not yet public) gets cropped to "Kein Gerät ausge..."
I believe this is same as bug 1254390.  We'll use that bug to track making sizing more flexible.
