Play a video only stream such as https://people.mozilla.org/~jyavenard/tests/mse_webm/youtube-assert2.html

Ensure patches for bug 1276184 are applied (only P1 is required).

STR
1- Open https://people.mozilla.org/~jyavenard/tests/mse_webm/youtube-assert2.html
2- Let playback start.
3- Open a new tab.
4- Wait until currentTime reach 70s (e.g wait around a minute)
5- Go back to the tab with the video

Expected: Last frames is displayed
Actual: Video frames are displayed very quickly until the last frames is shown.
Mass change P2 -> P3
Priority: P2 → P3
Shouldn't this be considered a dup of bug 1277471 ?
It's got patches and such.
Severity: normal → S3
