Steps to reproduce:

Here is my app:

...and in ff version 46.0.1 with view-port (it's important, because this problem shows only under specific view-ports) 1920 × 922 some svg elements doesn't show after interaction (click on svg circle objects).


Actual results:

svg objects generates but not showing.


Expected results:

it should be showed.

Bug 539356 is pretty huge and also landed 3 years ago. If this has been shipping since Firefox 18 I am not too worried. But, it would be nice to fix since we do have a reproducible test case. 
Jet, can someone on your team take a look at this (non-recent) regression?

I don't see any SVG on this web site using any browser. Wrong URL?

Site renders the same for me on Windows, Chrome, and Edge. Calling this WORKSFORME, but feel free to reopen the bug if there's a site that demonstrates a clear problem still.
