User Story

Bug 1239965 implemented the ability to drop a door hanger when users were copying the URL
This functionality still applies to Akita with a different copy that is still TBD

Flow (same as previously):
1 User copies the URL
2 Door hanger drops (need to adapt Copy)
3 User selects action button
4 Hello panel opens (and user can select to create a new room or add URL to existing room after going through the FTU if applicable)
