I was wondering why my nightly firefox wasn't updating for a while.
I realized I was running Firefox 48- so I uninstalled all firefox-trunk and found:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-daily/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
I added the ppa, updated and installed firefox-trunk:
sudo apt-get install firefox-trunk

why is this getting a version of firefox from March 31st? Looking on the page linked above for the ppa, there are recent 49 builds from this week (June 1, 2016).

I don't think this is a Mozilla problem. This sounds like an Ubuntu issue...

Marking as invalid since this isn't a Mozilla issue.
