[Testing Steps]
1. TV and Fennec link to same network domain
2. Send a tab from Fennec to TV

[Expected result]
TV can receive and open tab successfully

[Actual result]
TV will prompt notification banner but no any page opened
Fennec will show "Failed. Please retry again."

From this error message it looks like the test machine doesn't include the necessary Gaia patch in bug 1276167, and it's probably my fault not providing a sanity test environment.
