To see this, Create a custom installer with all available components selected. Launch the installer and select Custom (install) on Setup Type dialog. Click Next button to examine list of components to select and de-select. ==> Only three components are listed: Mail & Newsgroups, Instant Messenger, and Spell Checker. Selecting Recommended (install) reveals all components chosen at installer creation. Observed in 2/25 bld. Note: We may have wanted to omit a few components included during installer creation from Custom installation's selection list on purpose. But, majority of them should show up on the list so that end users can pick & choose components.
I dont see this bug in 03/01 build. Result: > Create a custom installer with all available components selected. > Launch the installer and select Custom (install) on Setup Type dialog. > Click Next button to examine list of components to select and de-select. > ==> Only three components are listed: Mail & Newsgroups, Instant Messenger, and > Spell Checker. After this, click Next button again. All the remaining components are listed.

I don't see it in 3/1 bld, either. Resolving for now.
