1278274 - After Firefox restart, Treeherder jobs are not shown until a reload

Description

STR:
  1. Configure Firefox to "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
     when starting.
  2. Load a Treeherder page with jobs, such as 
     https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=42d91e67f1d8
  3. Restart Firefox (such as after a Nightly update)
  4. Switch to the Treeherder tab

Expected results:
  The page shows all the jobs, like before the restart.

Actual results:
  The page just shows the list of commits, but no jobs.
  A reload is required to get the jobs to show.

I still see this all the time. I've sort of come to accept this as the way Treeherder works and live with it, but I'd be delighted it this were fixed.

I was wondering if the React conversion/refactoring helped.
