User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I created a new account under paulej@packetizer.com, as I had forgotten that I had an older account under paulej@acm.org. Actual results: The system worked great and created a second account for me. Expected results: I should have recalled having set up the older account in 1999 and used that rather than create a new one.
