Steps to reproduce:

1.Переходим по этой ссылке http://samways.prom.ua/g7284335-zdorove-pitanie#catalog_controls_block
2. скролим сайт в самый низ пока не появится кнопка "вверх"
3.кликаем по этой кнопке
4. ждем до 5 секунд пока эта кнопка пропадет
5. скролим страницу сайта снова вниз
примечания(возможно 3 - 5 шаги нужно повторить несколько раз)


Actual results:

Появляется два изображения кнопки вверх, при чем что одна является кликабельной, а вторая просто изображение это кнопки.


Expected results:

Должна быть только одна кнопка вверх

3. Click this button
4. wait for 5 seconds while the button disappears
5. scroll down the page of the site again

notes ( maybe 3 - 5 steps must be repeated several times )

Actual results:

Two buttons appear at the top image, with those that one is clickable, and the second is just an image of a button.


Expected results:

There should be only one top button

I can reproduce this issue on Release47 and Beta48 using Mike's translated steps with some adjustments:
   on step 2. you will need to scroll until the up arrow appears (middle of the site page) and then scroll slowly up and down until you will see the reported image.
The rest of the steps: 3-5 are not necessary.

I couldn't reproduce it on Nightly 50 or on Aurora49.

Sorry, I was very busy last week, and only noticed this bug when translation was already posted.
Then I hesitated because I could NOT reproduce this at all. I think that's because layerisation may
be different for me (that site doesn't show me section "Напишите нам, мы онлайн" at the bottom left)

Given e10s is not reliably enabled on Beta (Right? It's disabled for me at least), this bug may be non-e10s-specific. I suggest somebody (who was able to reproduce this) do mozregression to make sure it really was fixed,  OR  test Nightly 47 with e10s enabled  OR  test Nightly 50 with e10s disabled.
Also, it's rather "Graphics" bug, not "Layout: Form Controls", because that button isn't a real button

* Moving from "Layout: Form Controls" to "Graphics" at Arni's suggestion, since (as he says) there are no form controls involved here.  (It might really belong in "Layout" or some other related component; hopefully a fix-range will help identify that.)

I believe that the target site was updated, currently it's a not reproducible for me on the versions I've been able to reproduce in comment 3: 47.0 and 48.0b1.

Unfortunately, I didn't think at the time I've seen this bug to isolate a reduced test case.

Ruslan or Ahmed, could you please confirm the current not reproducible behavior on 47 and 48.0b1?

По моему личному мнению, Вы, возможно, имеете косвенное отношение к тому сайту (т.к. smartweb посылает редирект на prom.ua). Если это так, по возможности предоставьте тот же контент, который был на сайте 2016-06-08, или любой другой пример, на котором возникает этот баг, потому что без примера не получится ничего исправить в принципе.

Does really look like an APZ issue, particularly since (at one point) it was reproducible on 47 release. I tried repro'ing in 47 release and couldn't, so I suspect this was just a bug on the website that has since been fixed. Will wait for reporter to confirm.
