User Story

Expected UX:

- Offer is noticed via Firebase
- User is prompted via the Text Chat display to accept media
- If the User accepts media, the acceptance is notified in Firebase.
- When the acceptance is confirmed, the client starts the A/V and joins the Tokbox session.
- The prompt is removed from the text chat.

Not covered in this bug:

- Screenshare
- Rejection of offer
- Race conditions for acceptance of offer by the initiator

When a peer offers media to a user, the user should be prompted to accept the connection and start their media.
