Details
UITour based Heartbeat has a behavior that if certain parameters are passed, it shows an engagement button instead of rating stars. This is useful for prompting users to go to a webpage. The current version of the addon's heartbeat code ignores these extra parameters and only shows the rating star version. This bug covers making it switch behavior, just like the UITour version.
