Details

When you mouse over the flag column or the green diamond column(the one that
represents read/unread state), a border appears around the image and a reflow
occurs.  I need to prevent that.

What is a "reflow" - do we see this in the release builds?
Yeah.  Just mouse over the columns I mentioned and you'll see all of the
messages move down as the border around the item appears.

Fix just checked in.  Actually, hyatt stood over my shoulder and told me what to
type, but I'll take the fixed stat.

I do not see this problem.  It has been fixed.
