[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open Nightly with a new profile and go to any page.
2. From the toolbar click the star-shaped button to bookmark the page.
3. From the panel that opens, click on "Folder" drop-down.
4. Click "Choose" folder.
5. Click "New Folder" button to add a new folder.
6. Enter a name for the folder.
7. Click on other folder (e.g. Other bookmarks).
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for a few times.

[Expected Results]: Each time a new folder is created.

[Actual Results]: After a few new created folders, the input that contains the name for the folder "detaches" and remains on top of other folders. Also the folder is not created. (See attached screenshot). 

I will attach a video for better understanding.

[Regression range]: 
I'll investigate if this is a regression.

[Notes]: 
Reproduces with e10s activated and deactivated.
