Comment on attachment 8764379 [details] [review] Pull Request Interesting find. Not sure whats going on either but this seems to work? Might be some weird layout collision between the snapshot call and animating in the new tabs while closing the others?

Aaron, seems there there are conflicts like All checks have failed also not sure what is expected there from the sheriffs re: checkin-needed since i'm also not sure if we have push rights :)

Tested on build 5.0b14. Firefox no longer becomes unresponsive after following the STR.
