Details
There was a workshop last weekend at the Berlin office and the participants used the 'MozillaGuest' wi-fi network. Some people didn't succeed in connecting their devices, e.g.
- a ThinkPad
- Flames (Firefox OS phone model)
- more devices (e.g. a HP notebook if I remember correct)
Unfortunately, it was a busy weekend, so I have no idea if any person which got hit by this issue saved a log.

Were there any other characteristics of this problem that you can share?
For example, did everyone with an Apple computer succeed in connecting?
Were all the participants in the same area of the office?
I can not tell from your problem description if the problem was
- a wifi access point that needs to be rebooted (sadly a common fix to many problems)
- a problem with specific devices talking to any wifi access point
- possibly the infrastructure being overwhelmed by too many devices trying to use the wifi
Thanks for any info

My Flame made a short connection attempt (Wi-Fi symbol only for a glimpse of a second visible, like the connection got refused or it received invalid data).
There were 3 MacBooks Air and all of them succeeded in connecting.

Everybody (14 people) was in the big conference room with the big flatscreen TV. Sorry, I don't know the name of the room.
Onno, your notebook didn't connect to the Berlin Wi-Fi. Can you please provide information like the manufacturer, model, operating system and details about the Wi-Fi chip or card? Thanks.

I have a Dell Latitude with Windows 8.1 64 bit. Intel Wifi, 802.11b/g/n only 2.4GHz. I don't have it with me at the moment, so this is all the info I have for now. If you want more info, please tell me what you need.

2.4ghz only devices will have this problem in shared spaces. is this in ber1 or ber2? can you provide more information around the area? this will help us pinpoint the AP in question.

the big conference room is in Ber2 - the name of the room is Wedding, I think there were two AP points there but I am not 100 % sure. I am not in the offcie anymore so I can not double check

closing this bug due to inactivity.
If/When there are problems in connecting with the network, please include logs from the computers attempts to connect. Without that information, we don't have much to work with.
Thank you.
