compressed, gz, format, instead of being saved in HTML format.

No duplicates found.
Nominating for Mozilla 1.0 and nsbeta1. This is also a regression, as it is a
problem that was previously fixed.

I just fixed this.  That's why there are no duplicates found -- they're all
fixed.  :)
